This hands-on two-day course
is designed for professionals who want to understand,
manage, and protect their wireless LANs using AirMagnet. The
course is delivered through a combination of lecture based
instruction, in conjunction with hands-on exercises designed
to reinforce the student's knowledge of key wireless
administration skills. This class also covers 802.11g
networks.
Participants are introduced
to a logical troubleshooting methodology for wireless
networks, and the basics of capturing and analyzing Wireless
LAN information and data frames. Students learn to use this
blend of skills to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize WLAN
network traffic with AirMagnet.
